How am I going to win and finish 10 games this week?  I am clueless as to how to play and I have been trying today with no luck--people there are just not very helpful.

Here is the chess tip - make the following moves and you will lose by being checkmated in 4 moves:
1. Move your pawn in square F2 to F3.
2. The other player moves their pawn in square E7 to E5.
3. Move your pawn in square G2 to G4.
4. The other player moves their queen from square D8 to H4.

double browse or play with a friend and do this

Thanks so much for this great tip!!

I thought we just had to finish 10 games this week. You don't have to win them - just play them  O0

It's just as easy to win  :D
Only takes 4 moves

Watts?  That won't work. I already tried it with the 2006 Chess Challenge on someone elses account. It was you had to win 5 games  and it didn't give me the credit. I won by checkmate and got a spin, but no credit for it.

I didn't see that before I posted. I think that's why it's not going to work.  There must be a difference between finish and winning..LOL

You are correct and it can be done in only 4 moves with a friend or double browse.

Would it be easy enough just to let the computer slaughter me at the game or does that not count?

That's what I did that last time we just had to 'finish' games to get the badge. It worked  O0

Hi,
I notice that this says you lose the games.
I am not a chess player, so I was wondering if, when double browsing, you switch the moves from your moves to their moves, do you WIN the games? I mean, it seems it would work in reverse just as well, but not being a chess player I am not 100% sure.
Some challenges I have left to do require wins.
Thanks

Thank you
