Well I've tried all the suggestions, and I can't get the program to run. I've shut off program, used different browser, cleaned files, etc etc etc. But I still get:
            "Please Start Poppit In Your Browser"
                      "Please wait"
                 "Connection Type 2"
over and over....sigh  :'(
Once I was so manic..I repeatedly hit reset, and got a 4 by 4 lil' screen called thunder help :o
SO chief..how do I get a refund?
PS Did I mention the trial ran great? Go figure

Ok I reply to this but it didnt type - why? dont know - but here goes again and forgive me if it shows up twice-

This happened to me to- what I did (and you may have already- just putting in my 2 cents worth lol)- is start the auto first, let the phrase about the browser thing come up, THEN load the game and give it a sec. to recognize it.  The auto should pop up right under the game and then hit go.  Hopefully it will work for you hun.  Good luck.  (fingers crossed)

Thank you very much for the idea. I tried it... :-\still asking for me to put it my browser. I have Windows XP: AOL, Comcast..tried all different combo's .. Zilch-o..It bumms me out, Man :-[

I am also having the same problem with veggiemania...........I didnt get any help either. Suggestion but nothing is helping. i also ask for my money back and got  no response about it. I found the trial played great too   but that was all.I send back my receipt and all the passwords they have sent me and none works. I feel like I am talking to a wall. Still waiting for 3 resposives from  the help section...good luck...Guees I will call credit card  people for refund........

Well I am sorry if i dont remember what you said about a refund  would  you be so kind as to do it again? What is the normal channels? I have e mail badge helpers at least 6 times and have never gotten a answer from them .Thank you
