video poker cheat

Iam having trouble getting the video poker cheat to work. I downloaded it and tried it ont double deuce poker and jacks or better and jokers wild and will not work. I tried changing the size of my screen to smaller and that still didnt solve the problem. Im running windows xp. I did have windows xp 2. But took that out today. I tried it all over again and sitll i cant get the darn thing to work. I will download but when i get ready to play the games i wont run. Can anyone help me with this and let me know what i may be doing wrong. thanks

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.

Here are some things that will help:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

You get the idea the more information the better.
