T21 assistance please??

Geez,
Oodles of smart folks here. Accidentally found and regged for this site. I have used wordzw's software(own 3) since 2002.
I had stopped using tt version 10 until most recently and it would not auto restart after standings(approx. 11 min's of playing). I checked for an updated version and downloaded version 3.0......it worked superbly and I understood it would read my old version 10 as regged and fully functional, but I did not notice until the shareware expired that it had NOT read it. I emailed wordzw staff several times with no response. I checked their homepage and it shows suspended account. I still have my old version 10 fully functional and paid for, which can suffice but can't leave pc for more than 10-12 minutes at a time. At the time I received the version 10 I have now( early September, 2003-formatted), I have since changed to a LAN high speed and do not use a modem. My ip addy would be different than with prior correspondence with wordzw, and i explained all this as well as gave them my originally purchased pword and regcode, my pword and regcode on the version 10 installed fully functional now, and the regcode on the new version 3.0, that did NOT read my older version, and of course which I need a password for it to function. I even used snag-it to show snapshots of both software programs-showing my older version fully regged. I do have Norton Internet Security and Personal Firewall 2003, and Zonelarm Pro- with Norton not permitting communications in the past. I did not think to disable it when I downloaded the new 3.0-if this could possibly be why my fully functional version 10 was not read. Perhaps their email addy is down as well, as it shows acct suspended from liquidweb?? Hope somebody can help me.

You will need to provide proof of purchase for new registration codes.

If you used paypal you can pull your receipt from your history or if you have a copy of an email receipt that should suffice.

TY so very much, Homer......dumb question PM bob@pogopal....does that suggest post message or email him proof of original purchase back in 2002 or the email from wordzw when I formatted(2003) with the version I am running now, with its' pword and regcode or both(original and the software I have fully functional now)? Geez I hope that made sense.

I really don't know anything about TT at all. I suggest you email HeyPogopal@yahoo.com or wordzw@aol.com (depending on where you purchase the product) with your proofs of purchase, your new registration codes and a brief explanation of what happened.

You may or maynot have noticed the download section of this forum in it there are free programs from  (Aboredprogramer) one of which is free21 wich plays the  turbo 21 game I hope that tides you over untill you get your problem solved.
