Texas Holdem Help Please.

I downloaded the trial for Texas Holdem and the icon is on my desktop but it will not run.  When I try to delete it I get the message, "Access Denied."  I have a number of autos and I have never had this happen before.  Any suggestions would be most appreciated.   :'(
