what does it mean when it says

i start the game i close the window down size it then i turn on the auto come back and it says game not visual how else to turn the auto on without down sizing the game.?

Make sure the auto is not covering the play area. Other than that more details are needed. See below.

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.

Here are some things that will help:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

The video poker auto always stays on top, so you shouldn't have to shrink anything to turn it on.  Just open it and move it so you can get to your VP game.

Have you tried hitting the green start button?  And like Homer said, don't have it cover the game window.

have you tried starting the auto BEFORE starting the game?  on some of the autos, the auto needs to be started before the game starts.  me personally,  i always start the auto first then the game and that way i dont need to remember which auto i can start the game first and which auto needs to start before the game.  try starting the auto first then the game and see if that helps.
