ok, i gave up on thunderpopper so i just downloaded free version of whomper to try it out and it keeps telling me to load wordwhomp which ii havee.  I tried all compatibiliity settings and nothiing works.  What now. :-\

What kind of windows are you running?  Apparently most of the autos I think work only with XP (if I'm not mistaken).  Hopefully one of the pros will respond soon.  Thunderpopper has worked terrific for me, in fact I finished the game already - so other than maybe your operating system I don't really know how to help.  Good luck to you.

not sure if you know this or not but try loading the auto first then the game.  that usually does the trick.  but if you are already doing that then maybe its you operating system or something.  try giving your specs:

operating system: windows xp, 2000, win98, etc.
browser:  ie, firefox, aol, etc.
color setting: 32, 16, etc.
screen resolution:  1024x768, etc.
smooth edges: checked or unchecked
java:  sun or mvjava
and what exactly is it or is it not doing?

that way one of the programmers can tell you exactly what to do or not do.  hope this helps.
