first of all ..good grief on all those mad smilie faces hmmmm was that called for ? ::) but anyway the challenges doesnt show untill around 9am or shortly after that

Umm, it happens like this every single week.  The old challenges are taken down around 2 or 3am est and new challenges are added around 9am.  Some weeks pogo shuts down for a few hours in between, some weeks they don't.
