Just found your site, lots of good info but I have had no luck. Does T21 work with XP?? Do you have other things going when its on? Can anyone help me and tell me how to use it??

Thanks in advance

This should work fine with XP as I run it myself.  However, there are settings that must be tampered with at times to get these programs to work.

Sited from WordzW.net --

QuoteFine details
TurboTwister plays the 4-lane speed blackjack game for you.  Start a fresh game, so that its opening card is visible and ready to be placed.  Then click our "Go" button.  Our program will read each card, and drop it in the appropriate row.  It will cruise through the entire deck, until that game has completed.  It uses its own intelligence to figure out which row is best.

Possible problems
TT can experience some java mix-ups, that make it not play correctly.  It can become out of sync, because of a wide range of problems, that honestly have absolutely nothing to do with TurboTwister at all.  Your Java could fart.  Your speed blackjack game could SKIP a card (trust me, I have seen it happen), making TT "miss" a card as well.  A lag with double-skip in your blackjack game, could cause a pause at the wrong time, that makes TT re-read a card it has already played, or make the mouse start freaking out and flickering.  All of these possibilities are very rare, but they do happen.

To fix the problem, try these steps in order (least severe to more severe).  Try them one at a time, using a brand new TT.  Close your current "TurboTwister" window completely.  And re-open a new one.

Slow it down!  Turn down the speed one notch at a time.  Some computers or internet connections are too slow to keep up with the java!  Try a fresh game using a slower speed.  Eventually, try it on the slowest speed setting if you have to.  A slower speed will help keep java problems to a lower roar.
Change to a different Room, at your game site.  Their java in THAT room might be botching everything up.
Change to a different Topic, at your game site.  Their java in your current TOPIC might be botching everything up.
If possible, try using a different browser (if you have one).  Example, try using Internet Explorer instead of AOL's browser.
Re-boot.
Other problems:  Send us an email.  Try to be as SPECIFIC as possible.  We are waiting to hear from you.

Remember, our software can only work if your online slot game is visible on your screen.  This program was generally designed to operate when nobody needs to use the computer.  We would also suggest not running any extra programs in the background, except your internet connection, your online card game, and our tt.exe file.  If you use the AdSubtract software, make sure you read about that issue in our Questions section of this web page.  Actually, if you haven't read that section yet, you really should.  The most important issues are covered there pretty well.  Our #1 goal at WordzW is to provide quality program aides that make your online gaming easier.

QuoteMy software does not read the letters correctly.
You probably have "smooth edges of screen fonts" SELECTED inside of your windows operating system.  It is "smoothing the edges" of the letters in your game, making our software unable to read them correctly!
* if using Windows XP:
     1.  Right-click your desktop, then left-click "Properties".
     2.  Choose the "Appearance" tab up at the top.
     3.  Click "Effects..." in the next window.
     4.  UNCHECK the 2nd option "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts:" so that it no longer does edge smoothing.
     5.  Click "OK".  It will back you out to the previous window.
     6.  Click "Apply", then "OK" to close out of THAT window.
     7.  You are finished.  Close any previously opened online game window, and start a fresh one.
* other Windows versions:
     1.  Right-click your desktop, then left-click "Properties".
     2.  Choose the "Effects" tab up at the top.
     3.  UNCHECK the 2nd option "Smooth edges of screen fonts" so that it no longer does edge smoothing.
     4.  Click "Apply", then "OK" to close out the window.
     5.  You are finished.  Close any previously opened online game window, and start a fresh one.
