well as much as im addicted to pogo im not going to spend $100's of dollars on phone credit i just dont have that much money

The publisher in question is EA.  Most of the mobile games EA is releasing are not really pogo games per say.  They are the sports titles (Need For Speed, Madden, FIFA, Tiger Woods, etc), and games like The Sims, that will not tie back to your pogo.com account even though some of them can be found on pogo.

Only the games produced by Pogo are the ones that will tie in with your pogo account and allow you to win badges and tokens.  Poppit, Turbo 21, Tri Peaks, Word Whomp, Harvest Mania, etc.
