Sorry, but still having lock up problems
Still  more moves left and she stops.
Almost always only 2 or 4 cards left( I would send you all screen shots if you gave me instructions)
MSjava with only jit compiler on.
pentium 4 with 512 ram
1024x768 settings
Ie browser
Do not know what else to do.
Sometime she runs fine and then boom just stops.

#1
ok she locked up a new way.
two cards left outside boat that are a match, but no life preservers left.
auto did not know how to hit new game.

Ran auto again tonight after work.
Over 5 hours and 186 wins and she only stopped once.
Now that is what will get those badges.
Thanks for all the updates this auto has needed.

rhinogeon

i will give it a shot also and let you know how it does on my pc

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.

Here are some things that will help:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

You get the idea the more information the better.

Hi Momma
I have found you just need to check on this auto about every 30 minutes or so.
It works great but sometimes hangs up with 1 card in the life boat and 1 card to play.
I run it now with speakers kinda load, that way if I am near the computer and it is quiet I know she needs a little tweek to get started again.
Sometimes it will run for 3 or 4 hours,or 15 minutes you never know, I am sure has something to do with how card play worked out.
I am going to run it now and will post what happens, last night she went 2.5 hours before lockup.

I'm about 25 Artifacts away from Jaguar, and PPS will be next.  More badges there.

If you find a good average stall time, please post.  It would make for a good RR play time setting.

Capt. Morgan

Just ran auto for 1 hour 45 minutes with no lockups.
I still think it has to do with the way hands are dealt that cause the lockup.
Just my 2 cents but programmers might know more.
BUT I did see it twice quit a makeable win hand.
Only 4 cards left in 4 different positions, auto tried to put 1 in the lifeboat(auot wil put cards in lifeboat and then take them out next move wasting lifeboat)then looked like it would lock up(card clicking off on) and it clicked new game.
Overall the auto works GOOD, but it needs a litle babysitting.
Nothing I would leave on overnight like I do some of the others.

Momma

Thank you Captain...least I know i am not alone ...I am convinced the auto knows when I step out of the room...Homer are you watching me? lol
