cookies....and not the tasty kind

maybe someone can help me? seems that my cookies are being deleted and not by me. i have scanned for spyware w/ 3 diff programs and none to be found, no viruses either...
every so often when i go to sites that i know have my log-ins saved they are gone! >:( i have no idea what could be causing this its pretty annoying to log in each time when i know hours ago i didnt have to do it.
i have specs of my system if anyone needs them ....any help at all will be greatly appreciated!!!

IE 6x sorry half asleep should have posted that, i have xpsp2 im using mcaffee as my virus/firewall and i have spybot s&d and adaware for spyware removal

hmm good point..but it happens on my bank website, pogo, pogocheats, myleague, and numerous other sites i check to save my ID, i usually empty cookies once a month but havent since this has happened

AHA! i think that my b/f started using the save pw thingy....so he is the culprit? So if you save them then it doesnt use the cookie necessarily? WEIRD. okie dokie ty
