oscar will not reply to e-mails

i have purchased a helper for aces and eights from Oscar.. he sent the same code i sent him and despite sending copies of my pay pall reciept as requested on the help page, he will not reply to myself or send correct code,,,,,,,,,any suggestions as to what i should do ?

i have done all this 3 times and still no replies ,,,,, he sent me the code instantly when i got the helper,, but now there is a problem he wont reply and this has been going on for 3 weeks now ,,,

Are you still using the same email address that you had when you bought the auto?  Unless you tell him otherwise, it's the email in your original paypal reciept he sends it to.

yes i am still using the same e-mail address as when i purchased the helper,,,,,,,,,nothing has changed ,,,,,i cut and pasted the pay pal reciept as instructed and did not attach anything to the e-mail as instructed,and still no replies ,,

will  oscar be online anytime soon then i can ask him directly,,,or is there anyway else of contacting him,,,i know he only uses e-mails,, but thats ok untill you have a problem then he does not answer,,,good customer service skills,,,

Now, correct me if I am wrong.  You and I already spoke about this in chat.  I asked you where you were sending the e-mail and you said Oscar@ (something)  His e-mail address is Badgehelp@aol.com.  No, there is no other way to contact him.  No, we do not know when Oscar will be online.  I am certain that he will read this though.  I am only bringing this up because you say that this has gone on for 3 weeks now.  You left out the part where you've been e-mailing the wrong address.  Do you have the original e-mail from where he sent the code?  Would it be possible for you to take this e-mail and hit "reply" and say, "This code doesn't seem to work....?"

yes we did speak,,,,,,,,,,i was sending e-mails to the correct address,,,,,tried oscar@aol.com,,, in the hope it was another adress ,all e-mails have been sent to badgehelp@aol.com ,,1 copy was sent to oscar

yes i do and that was the first thing i did,,,i replied to that e-mail by clicking on reply to e-mail..still no answer

I myself am having troubles getting oscar to reply to my emails too. I got a key code for canasta masta which will not work and I want to know whats going on and why. If it isnt going to work I want credit because i have fought with the program since the day i bought it. I am going to do as someone typed below and see if this helps. If not then I wont be purchasing any more cheats from them again. Bad customer service when you ignore those that need help !!!!

Please don't take this wrong, I am just curious as to why you purchased something that does not work for you?  If there is something I can do to help you to get this auto to work for you, just let me know.

I just purchased Alphabet Attacker V3 today around 5:45 pm and soon received my password code.  The code didn't match the encripted code for the cheat I bought.  I have sent no less than 5 emails to "Oscar" he is yet to get this straightened out and it is now 11:40 pm (6 hours later)  The player worked fine for me for the alloted time and when I purchased it and tried to enter my password code (did this 5 times also) kept kicking me back with the same message "Password you are trying to enter does not match registration codes encrypted for this machine," etc.  Very poor way to run a business if you want it to prosper/grow.    He did also tell me to delete the first one and start another and this didn't work either, just kept giving me the same original registration code.......Does anyone know how to get this resolved, better question, Does anyone CARE????????   :'( :'(  Please Help ME...........

I would like to say that Oscar is GREAT, I really enjoy Oscar. I have never had a problem when it is Oscar responding to my emails. As a matter of fact I would prefer Oscar to handle my emails instead of anyone else. So shame on you.  >:(   :o


If I am not mistaken the email address badgehelp@aol.com is used by more administrators than just Oscar. I know Oscar has that nice signature on his emails and I have received some that do not have this so that lead me to believe that this person responding is not Oscar. So how do you really know it is Oscar that you have to be mad at? There are many things that can get your email deleted automatically without anyone ever responding. You can read that in other posted where people have complained.    ???

The e-mail address for Badgehelp is used by Oscar and Oscar alone.  There is no way that you have received an e-mail from this e-mail address from anyone else.

I have never had a problem with Oscar either. Most generally i have codes i need rather quickly and if not Pogo has 90 some odd other games, so im never in a hurry.As far as i am concerned He and his team of programmers are top notch and i appreciate all they do too help us cheaters O0
