it can't turn back on that's the problem  :'(

If your not getting any power it could be the power supply is dead. I have replaced one before. Good luck finding one that fits properly in your pc. I had to rig one in my old pc with cable ties because it was not the same shape/size of my old one. ;)

Homer was your PC a Dell/Gateway/HP machine?  Those mainstream marketed computers always come with special OEM parts that usually aren't compatible with much of anything.  If you build the computer yourself there is a pretty much set standard when it comes to power supply size (unless you need more watts)...

So the bios doesn't even boot up?

If that's the case you may want to check the surge protector that your computer should be plugged into.  If that works fine then the next thing to try replacing is the power supply.  Those are pretty cheap though.  For around $32 you can get a good 300W power supply that will easily fulfill all of your emachine needs.  Check out Pricewatch.com to see more

Close, I had a Compaq that I bought from Best Buy. I was able to buy a power supply for it but it did not  line up with the screw holes etc so i rigged it in the machine using cable ties. I no longer have the pc. i gave it to my niece and it still works to this day. :)
