Lost registrations

>:( I lost my registrations to Paycell & Chess when my hard drive crashed. I have contacted badgehelp@aol.com 5 times in the past 6 weeks, with no reply. In all cases I did a 'copy & paste' of the original receipts as requested on your website. If I don't receive an answer in the next few days, I am going to contact PayPal to see if they can help. Can anyone help please??

They were sent to Lost registrations - badgehelpataoldotcom. It that not the correct address?
