I downloaded and tried MM4 for WWW, I cannot get it to do anything other than sit than and say waiting,

Specs: 
XP
IE 6.0+
Microsoft (not downloading any other)
smooth
colors - have tried both 32/24
800x600

Have checked and unchecked the auto or sun options also

Try changing your resolution to 1024x768 the autos tend to work best with this screen size.
