What badges?  The weekly challenge badges?  No, you won't.  This game has no in game badges yet.  It is just an oppurtunity to make badges for the first time in the game, without a challenge.

You might want to clear up any outstanding challenge badges before it comes out.  While they won't go away they may be harder to get when the game changes.

They saw on pogo that you will be able to still win the old Challanges when the new game comes out.

Oh, absolutely Ranger.  But who really knows how hard or easy the new game will be in regards to past challenges?  I got them out of the way while I knew what I was in for.
