I don't know what I'm doing wrong or if our computer just can't handle the program.  We change our screen resolution to 32 and then open Phlinx and then open the Phlinkin Pharoah program but then it does nothing.  What's the order these should be opened?  Does it matter?  Program first and then the game or the opposite?  And what should I be looking for?  All that appears for us is the normal game which we then play as we normally would.  The directions say that the program should see all active play areas and it does but yet nothing happens.  Any suggestions and advice would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Please post your computer specs.  It doesn't matter if the auto is opened first or the game.  I hope you are using this program on the regular Phlinx game and not the Battle Phlinx game.

What computer specs are you interested in and where would I find them?  No, I haven't tried the program on the regular Phlinx game.  Thanks for your help.

That should have read I have not tried the program on the Phlinx BATTLE game.  I did try it on the regular game.

these are the specs they are asking for:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

Here are the specs for our computer:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)  Windows 98
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)  Internet Explorer
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)  I have tried both
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768) I have tried both.  When I go to 24 bit color it reduces the screen resolution automatically to 800x600.  I have opened both the game and program at 1024x768 and all active play areas of the game show as instructed when the program opens but the program does nothing.
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked I have no idea how to do that so obviously I've done nothing to resolve that problem.
6) What Java you are using  I have no idea about this either but if that could be a problem I'm willing to find out if I knew where to look.
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program  All that happens is that I have the game open to a full screen (but reduced in size on my monitor) and the program open above it but I can only play the game like I normally do.  I do show the settings task bar on top of the program and can click on them but still, nothing happens.  What should I be seeing or doing?

Are you using the Flinkin Paharoah auto?
I tried to use the Plinkin Paharoah auto.  Since my last post I looked the Java I have on our computer and last night I upgraded it if that makes any difference.

Homer

If you are using sun java switch to Microsoft VM.

What would that give me?  So I should completely get rid of Sun Java?  And where would I find Microsoft VM?  What is it?  I really appreciate all of the help I've been getting here.

This would be the java download.  Go to IE>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>make sure that Sun Java is not checked>restart your computer and you should be good to go.
