I tried to email ea about this but they are soo slow and I am going crazy with not being able to work on my badges lol

I was having problems with word whomp and called a support number for pogo and they told me to do a search on my computer and delete ALL files associated with word whomp then reload the game, I did this and now the game will not load at all. On the game window that normally pops up it is blank and at the bottom it says word whomp 2 applet not found. How do i fix this?

Careful there, your pogo screen name is on top of the window.  You should black that out prior to posting screen shots.

oops forgot about that... Thank you!!

np.  The  words at the bottom of your window were:

load: class com.pogo.game.client2.wordwhomp2.WordWhomp2Applet not found

I think you'll need to reload the pogo game.  The way to do this has been posted but I don't remember what it was.  I'll do a search and see if I can find it.

"Open Internet Explorer (even if you normally use the AOL or MSN browser)
"Go to the 'Tools' menu in Internet Explorer
"Choose 'Internet Options'
"In the middle of the Internet Options window, look for the 'settings' button in the middle, under 'Temporary Internet Files'
"On the Settings screen, click the 'View Objects' Tab. This is where your browser stores the actual game applet.
"Look for any files in the list that are Pogo games. Things like 'PopFu by Pogo', 'Freecell by Pogo' and so on, and delete those.
"Click 'Yes' to confirm the deletion of each file

I've already done that, Plus it got rid of that alread when I searched for word whomp and deleted all the files. I also deleted th files that popped up that said applet and had things like the sounds and game info (this is what pogo told me to do) I'm thinking thats where i got screwed up. ea help actually already got back to me but they just told me to clear my temp files like every other help place does and that doesnt help half the time.  Any other ideas??  :'(

You might need to reinstall java.

You can get sun java at

www.java.com

VM is available in our club center in the Double Browser topic.

I reinstalled and it still wont work, i did figure out a temporary fix though. If you go to your account in pogo the last option on your account page is to not install the pogo games so it has to download the game every time you play, it takes alot longer to load but at least I can play till I find a solution to this. If you got any more ideas send em my way  :(

Before reinstalling sun java, you must uninstall it from the control panel.  I read that on their site.
Pogo also has a little program that will flush your java cache if your using microsoft java.
Sun puts an icon in your control panel, clicking on it will pop up a window that has a place to flush their java temp. files.
Sometimes that works. :)
