I recently encountered problems with the computer freezing while playing my games, I do not know if I need to download patches for the games to help with this problem, and if so, where do I go to help fix this problem.  The games that most frequently causes the sputtering and problems is jigsaw detective, the game will move the puzzle all round the board but when you play the game yourself, it will play fine.  Phlinx plays too slow, the balls actually move really slow and occasionally will freeze, easy win bingo will not play at all, and pop fu will completely freeze without even playing the game.

The Phlink auto you speak of, is it the Phlinx auto or the Battle Phlinx auto?

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.

Here are some things that will help:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

You get the idea the more information the better.
