Billed but no codes

I have purchased the "all" cheats program and was told I was to receive "2 for one" after that. I ordered 2 cheats and received 1. I was billed for 2 separate cheats also.How do we correct this? thank you, kamman. :o         OK thanks for the responses but, there is nothing to tell me how do I get this corrected!!! I tried to E-mail Oscar on this and did not receive a response. What I am asking how do I get through this cybercrap to get to someone who will listen. I've been looking for about a month now with no luck at all! Any information is appreciated. Thanks Kamman.

I think you buy 1 auto program and enter 2 codes in the comments to seller section on pay pal.  Remind them that you are a buy them all customer and they will send you both keys

Also, you are recognized by the email address you used when you purchased the whole set.  If you didn't use that address when you buy new auto's mention that in the comments section as well. 

To purchase using the 2 for 1, all you do is click to purchase one program, and in the comments to the seller, list both programs you want and their reg number.  You'll get an email back with both codes (normally you'll need to scroll down to see the information on the second one.

If you put both programs into your cart, they'd automatically charge for 2.  Also, if you forgot to add the programs and your codes in the notes to the seller, explain this in an email back to Oscar.  He has always responded to me very quickly.
