Clearing the cobwebs out of this thread- here we go again-  seems like the lightning are doing pretty good but what is even better is the new way to do the chicken wings hehehe (i am obsessed as you see, but nothing goes better with hockey, except maybe Homers brew  :P)-  Instead of the wings have you guys tried doing chicken strips (breast meat-boneless,skinless) in the buffalo style sauce Barbara described,  it is really great-  you get the strips, season them, put cornstarch in a baggie and throw the strips in and toss around til well coated, shake them off, lay them on a pan to set for about 1 hr or less if you are in a hurry, deep fry them til crispy and them toss in the wing sauce-  they are great cause you don't have to worry about the bones choking you when you get surprised your team has scored right in the middle of eating one lolol -  well sorry so long just thought I would share=  I have cooked this little jokers like every other nite this week.  Thanks for the recipe Barbara.
