help with Qwerty

I downloaded the trial version to see how it works but it does not work. Once I load jigsaw and then start the "cheat" all that happens is I get a message there are no letters in rack but the letters are there. It does nothing else. Any suggestions?  :-\

i think you mean Qwerty and what i did is use 1024x768 screen that fixed my problem you also want to be sure to have another browser besides ie you can download another one at http://www.firefox.com/. be sure to check all the speeds on the program as well if needed update your java hope this was helpfull
