registration not working

I purchased qwerty yesterday and got the code and it worked - today i started it up and ran it for a couple hours - when i checked just now it said my trial period had expired - wtf? - so i put my code in again and it said thanks for registering! and i restarted it, but it still says my trial has expired....so what do i do now? this is the first auto i ever purchased so i don't know what to do

i just wanted to make it clear that i used up my entire trial period before i purchased it.  and it ran for a good 2 or 3 hours this morning before it quit.

but, i restarted it again and this time i hit reset and now it seems to be working again <<<whew>>>>

but is this normal? will i have to enter the code everyday?

From my experience, this isn't normal.  I've had it happen once with the Penguins auto.  It ran for weeks then said it had expired.   I put in the same key I had previously and it's been working now for over a week.  I've heard of it happening occasionally but, as I said, it has only happened to me once and I own all the autos except for QWERTY :)

Do you do a system restore or something like registry cleaner or adware scan? There's a few things that can remove registry entries that could cause something like that to happen.

I bought Dottie`s Douber yesterday.

Got the code sent from Oscar and the code he sent dont even work.

I have emailed my paypal receipt to him to prove i bought it etc and im still waiting on a response.


How long does it take to answer emails??

Not saying this is what happened, but did you type in the code he sent back, or cut/paste it in?

As far as how long it takes, I think they say it can take between 15 minutes and 12 hours.  My last two times were:

Last night purchased an auto receiving the receipt from Pay Pal at 9:59  and received the code at 10:01
This morning I sent in for a code at 9:38 and received it back at 9:39.

I always cut and past the game code into my email (when it lets me) and I always cut and paste the registration code into the program instead of fat fingering it in.   

Some other things that can happen would be that occasionally if you close the auto before putting the code in, it will change.  Please verify that the number you sent in is the one from your download.  If you need to send in for a replacement code for any reason, please follow the rules exactly as described on the badgehelp website.

Resent my email to Oscar about the wrong PW code he sent and i got the email back saying its been delayed now :(

Looks like ive wasted my money now.

What do you mean the email has been delayed?  Did you get a response saying that your email has been delayed from reaching Oscar?  These aren't usually a big deal as they just mean somewhere between you and him is having a traffic jam.  Give it a little time 'cause I know Oscar shows up on this forum a lot. 

Don't give up yet.  I've invested around $200 in autos and have all of them that are available.  I have never lost money on a purchase so I don't think you need to be alarmed. 

If you get something saying your email did not get to Oscar, let me know and we'll figure what to do next.

I agree with Mr.Bill don't give up just give badgehelp time he might be busy with other emails. I know Wed had a prob with an auto where it keep changing the codes, keep sending in the wrong one, badgehelp told what too do until I got the right password for it. Now it works good.  Just give him time you'll get it.

the only thing i did was an aol spyware check (the 1st time ever) and it came up clean. I learned a loooong time ago not to f with anything that says window cleaner - the last time i did that it wiped out my safelist submitter and it took forever to get it back.

but i haven't had any more problems with qwerty saying its not registered.

i haven't even ran it since the last update - guess i'll go see how it works now since some are saying its getting hung up.


and as for my code being sent - i purchased it around 9 pm one night and the next morning i didn't have it - and i think around maybe 10am i was getting impatient so i emailed my proof of purchase - afterwards, i had the code in minutes.

maybe badgehelp is a little quicker for KNOWN buyers, but in any case, I think if u bought something and send in proof, then with a little patience you'll get ur code (if everything is on the up and up)

Why is it so hard to get a new key for a auto when u reformatte?i send recept i get from paypal but i get ignored what is it i do wrong?ty
