game auto cannot find browser window

 :'( when i download the auto and it opens it asks me to start the game in my browser (for example..... please start wordjong in your browser window) and that happens with most of the autos.. i recently resored all the settings on my pc and it was working befor that and wasnt sure if there was anything that i need to download for it.......could some1 help me please :-\
i am running on
windows xp sp2
internet explorer
(basicly new windows pc)

not sure what smooth edge font settings are but i am running on 1024 x 768 screen resolution and am in 32 bit colour and the screen refresh rate is set at 70Hertz

i am running the new 1 but i think i have sorted it i changed some settings and it seems to work know but if u can suggest sumthing else that would help it may make it better
