Am I being blind?

I am trying to get the code for Bonus Check and I can't seem to find the code to send to badgehelp.  Most of the programs have a button clearly marked "register".  If you go to this page http://www.badgehelp.com/freecell.htm
and scroll down, that is exactly what it looks like when I download it except it says Copyright 2005 Joshua next to the words bonus check in the title.  Where do I get the code to send to Oscar?  Please just tell me I am being blind!  Thanks!
