god this program has been more trouble than its worth

it has stopped working again saying i must register it again so i sent a copy of my paypal payment to the email address your supposed to (cant remember it off hand) and i had a reply back saying i had to get a new version!!!
does this mean i have 2 buy the lastest version again as ive not long had it and only been able to use it twice due to the oreo and car adverts affecting my whomper cheat, i feel a bit cheated lol (i know i know before u say)
