None of my autos that i have purchased r working

I sent badgehelp emails also to no response at all.Surely i dont have to purchase all of the autos again since that is not goin to happen.her er the emails  that i have sent to badgehelp.and to be honest i really dont kno what my friend did to stop my autos fro  working.

you don't have to purchase them again. just follow above instructions. send your new codes in, receipts, etc.
and if you did a system restore then the autos won't work anymore. i strongly suggest that u don't ever ever do a system restore unless u absolutely have to - ie, your puter is fubar

some of the autos r prolly being upgraded give them time...there was a post in here saying whichs one dont work i do believe.
