i sent in the new code but got the wrong password back,i don't know if i gave them the wrong code or they sent me the wrong password,it took 9 days to get this one so my ? is do i start over or just tell them,i have 6 more updates to do hope they don't all take 9 days to get,,,,thanks for any info that you can give me O0
