confused i was told let my trial run out then send new code after crashing PC i did so and 3 days later no new code.i even sent 1 today no response.

Just got my new computer so I guess I will be redoing all my reg codes I thought that if i burned them to a cd it would be ok but i see that it isn't the case yikes  :o

How can I get my new passwords to 3 autos I bought in March with my credit card? I have no Transaction ID #'s, just the emails where I was sent the passwords.  Reformatted my pc not long ago & I got the new passwords for the autos I paid using paypal but can't get my other 3...I followed the directions as best I could at    http://badgehelp.com/lost.htm, but with no Transaction #'s, my emails from them are my only receipts. Sorry to be a pain...... Hope someone can help...Thanks!

I too have lost my registration keys and have asked badgehelp to forward the keys again.  I have sent copies of original payments, but it's been a month now & 4 e-mails and still no answer.  Help!

Did you make sure that your e-mail was not sent with an attachment?

The receipts for payment were copied & pasted into e-mail, not sent as an attachment.

I lost my hard drive and have sent proof of payment and codes to badgehelp and have had no response.  Maybe some one can help me with this problem.

Please make sure you are following the directions exactly at : http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.htm

You need to log into paypal and go to "history". Find your receipt(s) and click on the link. From there, copy and paste the entire receipt (not just part of it) and send it to badgehelp@aol.com. DO NOT send anything as a attachment. Emails with attachments gets auto deleted. Paste the receipt(s) in the email itself.

Also make sure you specify what game(s) it is for.
Nothing spoils a good story like the arrival of an eyewitness.

follow those instructions not sure if it went as an attach or not haven't heard back yet since this afternoon took a chance and email again I need the new password code for PPS asks to buy it again since I didn't get email back....

Not sure what happen the PPS code just went, I been playing the auto since I got the code when I bought it back in july it just went on me...  I don't mine getting it again if I have just want make sure my :) :) email got too you.... little boat needs to sail around the board... close to the end...

Make sure you copy and paste the info. Anything with an attachment goes in Oscars trash.

I had also rebooted my system and lost codes, I have sent all required info to oscar and badgehelp.com, BUT weeks later..NO REPLY.... how come??? plz help me
