I did go back on AOL to check the status of all my requests and see if they had been read.  They all have a status of IGNORED

I would like to know why they would do that?  I don't get it. 

I checked the ones I actually did get a code for in the past and they actually say that they were read.   However every single request I sent in today says IGNORED

Does this mean I can never purchase a new auto?  Never request a code again? What the heck is going on?

I have done it both ways with no problems either way.  If I'm going to be playing another game for awhile, I will normally leave the auto open and plug in the code when it arrives :)

well, it sounds to me like your aren't doing something right.  I sent one in today, and within minutes, yes, I said minutes, I had a code.  Oscar is very quick to respond.   :D

ditto here i brougt autos and then i got a new puter i email oasar and within 10 mins i had my new passwords if u do it right he will get back to u within mins if not well u are chit out of luck and u will come on here and cry like a bady lmao p.s i think some on here need to learn how to read ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D O0

i have send 4 emails in the last 3 or 4 days. to get the update codes i send all of the paypal info . with it. but not heard  back from the emails yet. it has never taken this long before.

I have to say this, I have purchased 12 cheats and I have never ordered anything online that was as quick at responding as the guys from badgehelp. I sent an email tonight for 12 registration codes because I added a new OS and within 1 hour I had all my codes emailed to me. HATS off to you all.

Is there any way to contact the people at Badghelp other than the badgehelp@aol.com or heypogopal@yahoo.com emails?

I've had numerous emails to both email addresses gone unanswered for over a week now. Trying to resolve a problem with a previously purchased auto. And yes, I've followed all the instructions for resolving issues.

Thanks for any help.

Is anyone else having problems with "registered" programs all of a sudden expiring?  In the past 2 years I have reformatted twice, and badgehelp quickly replaced codes.  I have made no changes to my computer at all.  I have sent 6 emails to badgehelp within the past week and they are deleted within minutes unopened.  I copied and pasted receipts as per instructions (not that it matters if the email never gets opened (nothing is attached).  This has also occured on my laptop, where around 50% of the paid programs no longer work.

Misty, I think the site says from 15 minutes to 12 hours.  Normally it is much quicker, just make sure you follow all of the directions (include proof of payment, etc) with your request.  You'll probably get a quicker response if you one ask for 1 or 2 at a time.  I bought the entire package and still haven't asked for all of them yet cause I only send in requests as I need them for the games, and rarely wait long enough for my coffee to cool down :)

I too recently got a new computer and had to format my computer. I mailed in my request codes for 2 games but no response yet. Should I send it again or just wait? It was like 2 days or so ago. I have been playing poppit level 3 regular and doing not bad lol, but the thunderpopperII works so great. ;)

Doesnt sound much hope for me then, I e-mailed my receipts & new code requests on Friday, and have re-sent them tonight, to badgehelp & also to Oscar Jones, I have spent $310 since August on 2 "buy them all" packages, still I shall see if I get a response

Thank you J.P. and Oscar. For all of those who have not received a quick response for missing codes, be patient and maybe resubmit your request (hopefully you have read the instructions and are doing it correctly). BadgeHelp is working to improve their customer service and they have.
