Hi, I still have not got replacement codes and have been trying since Steller Sweeper changed.  I have moved but my email remains the same.  If you give me an email to send it to you, I will forward all the emails I have sent since I started.  I am travelling til Thanksgiving but will do it that weekend.  I really like the programs but no matter how many times I email, I still can't get replacement codes.

are you sending your requests for pass codes to "replacecode@aol.com" That is where they should be going now. Also when I send in my requests I send a copy to myself, just to make sure the mail goes through. I am not sure about this but I don't think that Badgehelp@aol.com is a valid address for requesting codes anymore.

I know that this may not be any of my business...but don't you people that are asking for replacement codes try doing it in the forum in a nicer way...you know you get more fly's with honey than vineagar....Just thought I would put in my 2 cents  worth...after a while and it adds up...can I get a free auto of my choice....lol    ENJOY

Hi, I didn't think that I was being rude in asking for help.  My posts have not been demanding but factual.  In my last post I noted that I won't be home til Thanksgiving and offered to send my emails at that time.  The problem may well be that I have moved, and while I am still using the same email, it could be sending out from the ISP.  This is why I would like to have a moderator check on it for me.  I have sent the requests to the replacecodes at AOL, and have copied the information from paypal as well.  I understand that there is a lot of changes happening right now with the one programmer leaving.  Hopefully, when I get back home this can be cleared up.  I posted since I haven't been able to get anyone to return my emails, not to be nasty.

this is my second time sending all the paper work and still no code...and whats this you are going to shut down the old ones so we can update them,,,i can't get a code for one let alone 10,,if you can stop us from using them why can't you update them for us???

sorry dont know how 2 load receipts onto email and only have receipts for 2 on them bought 4

The only way to get your codes is to follow the instructions at the link I provided you with. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase it does not look good for you.

why can't joe send 2 e-mails...1 receipt on each?  If I am understanding the situation right.  Or is it that joe does not know how to copy and paste?

Hi Homer,

Well it seems that the problem may be on my end.  I have recently moved and switched from DSL to cable.  This gives me a new host.   Is there a way that I can get the replacement codes with a new email address?  I'm not sure what the problem is, because when I buy new programs from paypal it does send the emails to me, but it seems my outgoing emails are not being sent.  My apologies and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess I am the only one that did not have any trouble getting my replacement codes.  I sent in my proof of purchase and the new registration code and got my password in less then 5 minutes.  Way to go Staff.........Y'all are the greatest!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D

pogoaddict2... If your outgoing emails are not being sent and if you got another Email like Hotmail ( if not you can get it a www.hotmail.com it is free )

Then try sending you PayPal Receipt and codes again And in the Subject put.. New email & Receipt for replacement codes !! Tell Oscar

you have recently moved and switched from DSL to cable. Give him your Old email and copy and paste your PayPal Receipt's and the 

Names and the replacement codes for the Autos you have purchased  to... replacecode@aol.com   I hope this helps and that you get your

replacement codes  soon   ;)

If you are having trouble sending emails I suggest you sign up for one of the free services as Muffin has suggested. I prefer Yahoo myself. ;)
