OK... Here's my dilemma...
My PC crashed... Couldn't reboot or anything...
My biggest problem, I never even got the chance to save my registration receipts to disk... HOWEVER, I did print them, which is a force of habit (a good one, I hope) to have any proofs of purchases on paper, as soon as I get them.
Anyway, with the fact that I was forced to format my drive and reinstall everything, of course my Auto registration codes have changed, which, of course doesn't accept my old registration key...
I have tried to search for my proof of purchase through PayPal and, can not find my transaction details... and there is not feature that I can find, where I can search via my Transaction ID, or receipt number... But I have the receipt here, in front of me, on paper.
I've tried all that I could think of, even searched www.badgehelp.com\lost.htm and still nothing.
Now I feel that all is hopeless for me and, to think, I had just purchased the auto within a few weeks ago.
I don't know what to do next...  Only one other idea comes to mind, which is to send an email out to request my new registration code and include my transaction details, as well as my receipt number... But I don't know if that would help.

Cheers!

If you go to paypal.com and go under your history just change the date (like 12-5-04 to 12-05-05) and that will pull up all your receits on paypal

Tried that... I had forgotten that I had a "membership" to PayPal, when I purchased from Badgehelp, it was through the "if you do not currently have a PayPal account" checkout... It was after my proof of purchase was emailed to me, that I was reminded of being a member... But I did check the history and still nothing shown... But I have the receipt in print...
Thanks for the help though...

Cheers!

Try sending the following to replacecode@aol.com

Your receipt number:

Transaction ID:

The name of the game:

The registration code:

Explain what happened and tell them the code the new download has.

You should be able to get the main things you need from your printed receipts.  Maybe this will help, I am fairly new to this too.

I was wondering about that...  I know I had received my registration key from Oscar.  I'll send it to him, and I hope he'll remember... Yeah, I know.  They deal with many people and codes every day.  I hope it works.
Thanks!
