I have requested my codes for several games in particular First Class Folitaire that I have paid for. Several months ago I purchased all of the game codes. I was instructed to request codes as my games expired. One at a time... But, now they will not furnish me with any nor will they answer any of my emails. I am furious $135 down the tubes.

No, I looked at that. I have not lost my codes, I never got them for all that I qualified for.

Email them from the email address you purchased them with and tell them your a buy them all customer.

The email address for codes has changed from badghelp@aol.com to replacecode@aol.com

Buy them all customers are identified by the email address they used when purchasing them.

You need to follow those directions in either case.

Make sure you log into paypal and go to "History". Find the receipt and copy / paste it in to the email. (do not send it as an attachment).

At the very top of the email, supply your registration #'s and you will be good to go  O0

i have the same problem, yester oscar told me that i have to download the whompster, because whomper doesnt work with the chrismas, and i sent him a mail to replace code with all the things from paypal, and no answer
the same with stellar :'(

I sent in my new reg. codes (7) to be exact and within 10 minutes had all new codes.  O0 badgehelp

It used to be that Oscar sent the codes very fast but for the past 2 months, I have not been able to get any response. So if you get your codes you are lucky. Make sure that you get them all as fast as you can cause if a few months goes by.  FORGET IT. You probably won't get them.

i have always got a fast respond to all mine and if not i have other games to play i can wait cause i know Oscar has been very busy from other ppl request on all the changes so please every1 you will get it

This new system is going to be designed for people who don't know how to get their receipts. It will keep track of everybody in a database and you can log in at any time and get new codes by simply putting in your email address you signed up with.

Plove, If your not getting your codes you are doing something wrong.

As you can see on the forum, everyone else is getting their codes in mins.
