Won't give me replacement codes !!!

After problems with my computer I had to format the hard drive.  Of course, this means I need to re-register all the Pogo cheats I've paid for in the past.  I realize it's a pain to try to send for them all at once.  I've been using them...as they run out sending to "replacecode@aol.com" for new one.  I purchased the new badge albums....so have been playing games I haven't played for awhile, such as Tri-Peaks Solitaire.

I tried sending for three new codes this evening....instead, I got a "polite" ???? email telling me not to "slam the crap" out of them...and then my email was blocked.

Funny, when I'm buying new cheats they don't complain !!  So now how do I get replacement codes....for cheats I've PAID FOR and want to use????

That was after many, many requests to email me your codes as they expire...you continuously email me. Once the new system is up you can go bananas until then, I cannot support getting emailed 20 times a day from one person

With all due respect Oscar, you asked me before not to email you too many at one time...so I asked for several new codes on the 5th and the 11th.  Yesterday I asked for one.  I'm sorry that customer service annoys you.

Oscar told me (above) to email him today at Badgehelp.  Now I find I'm blocked there as well. Guess I can't BUY any new programs either.

I'm curious...how do you know your "Blocked" from sending email to an address?  Did you try sending from a differnt address?

If you use AOL you can check the status of the email you sent but only if it's to another AOL user.

When you open your mail box on AOL you can see a tab at the bottom called "Status"  which is where you can check to see if the mail you sent has been read, deleted,Blocked or not yet read.

Smoky:  I've never had a complaint when I've purchased a new auto...it always comes quickly !!   O0  My complaint is that I had to format my hard drive which means I lost all registration codes for the autos.  I have to download the programs again...send in my PayPal receipt for each auto and request a new registration code.  Yes, months ago I DID send in quite a few....Oscar asked me to stop slamming him with requests so I've tried my best to only ask for several at a time.  I use the auto until the free trial is over...then ask for a replacement.  Yes, some of the games are old..but there are new badge albums so the autos will come in handy again.  Last evening I sent in one request and got my replacement reg code.  I sent in a second request and got the email telling me I was asking for too many and that I was asking for replacement codes for games I'd probably "never use again".

I'm half afraid to email him from another email address....I don't want another email from him yelling at me.  LOL

I dont have as many autos as you do, but been there done that on the format, or new computer, new hard drive  lately. I finally have just copied/pasted all my autos reciepts in word in small font, so its always there for me. I never expect them to send them to me fast but have had no problems as yet. I just send them in with no pressure added and quietly await for them.
But with all autos purchased and having to get new passwords is quite a bit lol. Like Oscar said the new system will sure help out with that.
I suppose with christmas so close and everyone is busy, busy. Hang in there I am sure you will get them soon.

ud have to put them onto a cd or disk so u dont lose them
