I am having trouble my code not being valid for thunderpopper. First off let me say that the service is fantastic with getting back to me twice about my code and getting new ones. My only problem is that they dont work. I have gotten a new laptop and wanted to get a new code. Can anyone tell me what i need to do???

did you send the new code to replacecode@aol.com?  I got a new computer a couple of months ago so I sent an email with the details to Oscar and got my new codes without much of a hassle...you may have to cut and paste your paypal reciept in there...

Go to badgehelp.com and there is a link for returning customers that need new codes. Follow the directions and make sure you cut and paste your paypal reciept rather than add it as an attachment. As long as you follow the instructions, you should have your new code back quickly. Just take a minute to read the instructions. Good luck.

I did all that Foxx. I got the new passwords twice with no hassles what so ever. I am very pleased with the response time. I just cant get them to work.

If your ThunderPopper used to work, and now it doesn't, make sure you are following these steps:

1. Get your Poppit game up first.
2. Make sure you have VERSION 2.5. If you don't, it will not work. DELETE WHAT YOU HAVE and redownload. You should be using this link:

3. Run ThunderPopper
4. As soon as you run thunderpopper, make sure the Poppit game is showing on the screen.

It should be a 7 letter code

Any other ideas Oscar??? For some reason it just wont take my new code. It keeps saying wrong password.

1. Make sure you are sending me the right code
2. Make sure you are entering in the password in correctly. If one letter or number isn't correct, it won't work.
3. Make sure there are no spaces before or after entering your password.
4. If your password has dashes in it, make sure you aren't putting in the MINUS sign. Make sure you are using the DASH key (which is right next to the zero on your keyboard)

OSCAR I am a moron!!!! I was putting in a U where there should have been a V. I cant believe i have been doing this for 12 hours now...i am pulling what is left of my hair out of my head trying to solve this and it is my own fault..THanks for all the help.
