Are you using Sun java or MSJVM? If you are using Sun, try switching....that always worked for me. ;).

Do you know how to turn the Sun off and use the VM?

Go to the very top of IE. You will see Tools. Click on that and go all the way down to Internet Options. Click that and a screen will appear. Click on the Advanced tab on the far top right of that box. Scroll down about halfway. You will see Java (Sun) and under that you should see Microsoft VM. See which boxes are checked under those 2 categories. If the box under Sun is checked...uncheck it. Go down one space under Microsoft VM and check JIT compiler enabled. If you do not have Microsoft VM, go under the help section at pogo and type in Java...it will give you a link to download the Microsoft VM. Hope this helps.

Thank you Madonna.  This is a big help as I found the space where Sun is checked but couldn't find the VM. I appreciate your answer.  :)

I did what you said and it worked.  :)  Everyone was telling me how to turn off Sun and turn on VM but they weren't understanding when I was saying the JIT thing wasn't there.  And that was because I didn't have it, so I am glad that you mentioned that in your post.  They were starting to make me feel like I was blind or crazy.  LOL  Thanks again!
