Receiving new codes

I just received a nasty little letter when requesting my codes, after i had to buy a computer. Grant it, i sent a bunch of codes individually into Replacecode, which i thought i was suppose to do. I never thought that i would be reciving such a hateful letter. I received 4 codes...out of 20+...and that's all. I'm sorry that I was such a burden, but you are suppose to have courteous staff to take care of issues such as this. If this is such a problem, seeing as i have spent hundreds of dollars through the years and been a very loyal customer, I will never buy another program from you as long as i live. Oh, and the letter you sent me, whoever you are, is saved and a copy is made for future use. If any of you would like to see it, i would be more than happy to e-mail it to you, so you can see first hand what response i received. >:(

It's not a nasty letter. I am asking you not to slam the crap out of me with programs you don't use or don't need to register right now. Is it ok if I take some time off for the weekend? I've asked you over and over and over and over to email me your codes as you use them up and you are running them.

I'm sorry that has happened to you. I think asking for 20+ codes was a bit much though. You can't possibly need them all at one time so just request them as you need them would be my suggestion.

It shouldn't matter when i use them...i paid for them...and no Oscar, you never told me that before. I will e-mail you the codes i need...when i need them, seeing as it is such a burden. Hopefully I will get them all...eventually.

You have asked for replacement codes many many many times. You know how this system works. We are going to have an automated system shortly that way you can do it how you like to do it.

Well, Oscar, I am truly sorry...it was a bit much for 1 person to handle. I didn't even realize that the automated system wasn't working yet...honestly I didn't know. Please forgive me and I promise I will back off with the requests. TY for your help.

the new system will be a web interface that you will be able to go to a web page and enter your codes in. You will then be emailed the new password automatically

Umm, me either, but you would be surprised how nasty people get when they don't get their 70 codes right away because "they paid for it and they want it"

It is easier on both of us to register them as you go along. Less work for both of us.

hey madonna,  how did you get your codes... i have been sending mine in for a game here and there for almost 2 months now and all my emails get returned saying recipient isnt receiving mail from this sender...  i dont send then as attachments or anything i copy and paste my stuff.

Stop kissing ass.  If this situation were happening to you, you all wouldn't be so quick to get the brown on the end of your noses.  While I see Oscar's point that he would like some time off for the weekend, I also see her point and agree with her whole heartedly.  Not only has she paid for them, adding up to a pretty nice sum of money I'm sure.. When you're trying to get your computer back in order you try to get it all done and over with at once.  When she IS ready to play, will she have to wait days again for said game code?  Besides I'm sure she would have understood with a simple " hey, were busy this weekend, Ill hit ya up with all your codes on Monday". 

Give the lady a break.

every1 in here has spent money juat as me and Oscar has always been nice in the return my codes i didnt slam them at him as he is busy man juat like it has been posted before and if i dont get them i do have other games to play he will get them to me when he has time i tell him when he can get to it not like there are not other games to play till you get them so everyone just shack has and everything well be ok  :-* :-* :-*

It has been stated over and over and over.......not to request more than 4 codes at a time. Is it that hard to understand? Apparently you don't read what has been asked of people that are getting new computers or have problems and have to restore. Send in 4 one day, wait a few and send in 4 more. I don't think Oscar is being unreasonable at all.
