Anyone Remember?

Ok, here is my dilemma, I used to watch this show ALL the time back in the day, and I believe it was either on MTV or Comedy Central. But for the life of me I cannot remember the name of it! It involved a politically incorrect smoking duck who has a disfunctional family and a wife who never shaves her legs. He also has a friend who is a pig and talks like one of those guys from Dragnet. I remember watching it around the time that Beavis and Butthead and "The Critic" were popular. I have done searches on google and checked Amazon the whole works, any help would be awesome. O0
