hey, another stupid question. when sending for my replacement codes do i have to use the same email i used when i bought them? I want to send from a non hotmail one to see if it gets returned

Yes, you need to use the same email they were purchased from.

ok. thanks.. what happens if you dont have the same email you had when you purchased them? i closed that one out a while ago, too much junk mail through hotmail and opened a new hotmail  one. i bought my autos almost a year ago..

i dont know why that replacecode or badgehelp blocks my emails in order for me to update my programs that i use for pogo? im sorry that i done anything i just like someone to explain to me what i did so bad to get my emails blocked so i cant get my updates?

Here's my guess...email replacecode@aol.com.  Cut and Paste your Paypal receipt into the message (do not send as an attachment).  Explain to Oscar about your new email, etc.  And be patient.  Please.

But what do you mean by its "blocked"?  Is it undeliverable mail?  Have you sent that same message a couple of times today and now its blocked?

no its been blocked for about a month,i cant send emails to oscar or replacacode without it been blocked.

I think what he means is his email address was  blocked.....I believe I've heard Oscar say that when he gets too many emails from the same person in a short amount of time either him or his email account will block that particular address because it thinks it's spamming his email account.

Thank you pogohatesme...That is probably your answer jmsshr.  The account thinks you are spamming.  Please take Helen's suggestion and PM Oscar, nicely, and ask him what he would like you to do.

I would say that would be your best bet....make a couple more post so you can get your PM privlidges and then send him one.....And like everyone else said....they are pretty close, I believe, to getting the automatic email system into place so you may just need to be patient and wait for that to be up and running before you try resending.  Good luck with whatever happens though!

I applaud the efforts of Oscar and his "staff" of one.  I am a 150 member and 99% of my requests for code are returned within hours of the e-mail.  I understand Oscar's "rule" of requesting a few (or one) code(s) at a time.  Geez, you are not going to play 200 games all at once.  Give them a break.

Only once did I have Oscar get miffed at me.  I was confused about using the replace code address instead of the old address for ALL code requests.  After we "conversed", all was fine.

I read these posts and can only wonder what you must be writing in your e-mails besides, "please" send registration code and "thank you"!   I can't believe Oscar bans e-mails unless it is truly warranted.

P.S.  No, I do not know Oscar.  I am just a satisfied customer coming to his defense!

Congrats on your good fortune lol....you wouldn't believe (well after being here awhile you would believe lol) how many times I've seen 1 person post a "great job" post on how quickly they got their codes and that brings 12 people outta the wood work that complain about having to wait to get theirs.....I don't know why people don't understand that Oscar does have an actual life outside of Badgehelp and Pogocheats lol
