Question about ThunderPopper

I have ThunderPopper 2.5 and it works great, except that I'm wondering if there is a way to change the settings to leave a certain number of baloons.  I've tried moving the slider in the settings window, but the auto continues to find solution leaving 0 baloons each time.  Then my name flashes across the bottom of the game showing how many tokens I've won.  Just don't want it to be too obvious I'm using the auto.  Any advice would be appreciated.  I do want to say that I have bought a number of the autos and (knock on wood) have no technical issues with any of them.  I think they are all great!  Thanks.
