Another place to e-mail Tech support???

Was wondering if there is another way to contact tech support?  I have posted here and basically got nothing.  My old programs were working fine and the upgrades are not. I posted all the info that ya'll asked for that I know of but not getting response, even downloaded SunJava when that program was not needed before but still nothing.

Please folks I am not whinning, I just don't know where else to get help with purchased autos.  Thanks Spunky76

Not sure of the email addres...but I know if you check the badgehelp site they should have one...they generally request you send them a screen shot of the auto while it is having the problem
