Okay, I figured out how to make snow globes before I figured out how to add glitter to an animated picture. Anyone interested in a tutorial?

Finally!!!!!!! Figured this out. Now to see if I can do it with other animations before I do a how-to.

What am I doing wrong that the glitter is only outlining the name and not filling it in?
