Okay, my mouse is brand new. I have had it less then 2 months, it isnt dirty.. and it KEEPS locking up on me about ever other minute or two.. I will be playing any game on pogo, surfing the net, and it just freezes and wont move until you move it and keep moving and then the pointer finally moves!!! This is driving me INSANE!  :-[

Any suggestions? I would really like to know why its doing this and how I can fix it! It just does it when your moving it and trying to click on something, ie.. sweet tooth, mahjong, ect.

Thanks so much!

Jonathan

Have you tried going to the manufacturers site and seeing if there is an updated browser for it? There may be a new one and you computer doesnt like the one it has.....

crankycook

what kind of mouse do you have ? wireless or a regular one

pogohatesme

Are you sure it's your mouse and not your computer?  If my computer gets going too busy then it acts like it's froze up...but within seconds it's good to go again.

That's what I was gonna say..because with my old computer, the mouse would just stop moving, but it was the computer, not the mouse...

You might check the package or paperwork that came with the mouse...they may have some kind of support number you can call

still if you turn the mouse over there will be some kind of company for it. Odds are there is a website and some kind of driver download.... If you reformated your computer I still say the driver is messed up.....

Sorry to hear that.   :(  I think it's something about the character ones that are made cheaply.  I seen a SpongeBob one and even though it was $30 it probably would have died too.  Good luck on the new one you got.

I used to think the same thing but after working with these wonderful bright (censored) light mouses for so long, I no longer feel that way and long for my good old need to be cleaned every month mouse back!

Guess it's all just a matter of preference. I have 2 brand new ones sitting around with the ball in them and I refuse to use them. You want them??? LOL

Mommylov1216

LOL @ nightperson. too funny! Nah, the driver updates or nothing helped that darn mouse! Good news is though, I took it back to Claries today and got a 15.00 gift card and bought a hello kitty purse with it! :) This new mouse seems to be working out ALOT better, I have learnt my lesson.. I am not buying anymore character mouses again. lol
