:-\ I purchased pinochlePlayer and Counter, everything was fine at first.  But suddenly the Counter will not work.  I have tried everything I can think of, but nothing.  The player the last time I tried works fine, but the counter will not.  PLEASE HELPPPP! Thanks,  Budlite2100

1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
6.) What Java you are using?
7.) What agent are you using?
8.) What version number is this agent?
9.) What specifically is the problem

I am using  32bits color, operating XP, using internet Explorer, I believe I am set at 800X600. I have my smooth Edge unchecked.  Not sure about what Java I am running or agent.  The problem is it was working just fine, now it suddenly will not count the cards played, just sits there on the screen doing nothing.  Budlite2100

change your color setting to the 1024x768

O0, thanks so much that seems to have done the trick, just one question, everything is smaller, doesn't fit the frame of my scene, is the only way to have it fit the 800x600.  or is there another way to get it to fit, I have to drag the corners to fit the frame now.  Budlite2100

foxx

It is my understanding that most of the agents will only work with 1024x768.  Thats the setting I use on both work and home computers though, so I haven't really experimented.

;D, thanks so much for your help.  I appreciate it, I will just stretch the frame to fit my monitor.  that will work just fine .  I have a computer person coming over Monday, he can help with the rest.  Have a great day!  Budlite2100
