any one know when whackster will be updated has been broke since december want to get this one done stuck on z got 16 more ranks to go been tryin with broke whackster but took a month to do 3 ranks lol tyvm for any info :'(

Ok, here's what happened........i decided to try the free trail of Whackster, but didn't save to computer, just ran it. When it finished I purchased it and gave the code that was on the whackster I recieved. But once I close this program it's not saved on my computer..........what do i do? Someone please help.

Download it and save to your pc. Check the code to make sure it's the same as the one you submitted. If it is your good to go. ;)

Ok, well I did that and the program is still working, says it's registered and all, so i guess that's a major plus. And now it's on my puter so i won't have that problem again. Thanks so much, I was worried for a second.

Ok, now the auto is working fine, but every 5 mins the game freezes up on me and will not unfreeze, just sits there. Won't let me close out of it even. I've never had this issue before. I end up having to press control alt delete and close right out of pogo all together. Then I bring it back up and after a min it does the same thing. I've deleted cookies, temp files all that, rebooted. Still same results. Starting to get ticked here.

Clear your cache and also clear you pogo game files.

You can clear the game files by going to

Tools>Internet Options>General Tab>Settings>View Objects

A window will popup displaying your pogo game files. Locate the game that is giving you trouble and right click on it and choose delete. Click ok to close everything. Close your browser and go try the game again. ;)

It's also possible pogo may be having server issues. Someone else just posted they were having trouble with a game room.

Ok, I tried what you said, and it worked fine for a few mins, but hubby was home and wanted puter, so I couldn't let it run long. I tried again this morning and after a couple puzzles it froze up again and it was same thing as last night. I did that again but the whackdown thing was not in the veiw objects anymore. Is there anything else I can do?

I'm still having issues with whackdown freezing up while I'm running whackster. I usually play on hard, but am now trying it on medium. On hard it would play a few games and then the whole thing would lock up and I'd have to reboot. After a couple games it seems ok on medium skill level, but I know getting the ranks will take longer on medium. Anyone got experience with this program and noticing the same issue, or any other issues? Just starting to get bummed that the free trial ran fine, now I'm having issues once I bought it, and I don't know if it's a pogo issue, computer issue, or auto issue. Any advice would be great! TY

To help you, we are going to need a little info...
1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
6.) What Java you are using?
7.) What agent are you using?
8.) What version number is this agent?
9.) What specifically is the problem?

(and an agent is the cheat program....)

I'm not entirely sure the auto is the problem........but here's my info

windows xp
IE
32 bit
800x600
smooth edges off
sun java
whackster v 1.1
It plays a few games then the game itself freezes and my comp locks up. I don't have this problem with any other game or auto. Seems to just be whackdown. Sometimes it'll go a good 5-10 mins, sometimes it'll only play 1 game before the freezing. It usually freezes when the auto hits new game.

Just a thought, but try changing your screen size to 1024x768 and see if that helps. I use this auto and dont have any problems with it.

Ok, don't want to jinx it, but I slowed it down to slowest possible setting, and thus far it has not frozen once. Sure hope it stays this way

I had to re-format my PC and re-install my OS and now my Whackster cheat isn't registered and my code won't work with it and badgehelp@aol.com hasn't responded to me. Can anyone help? I am not paying for it again.
