Stompzillia download link not working?

I bought stompzilia and really liked it, it works well with windows ME. I had to reformat myhard drive and reinstall windows Me. I redownloaded all my programs and got the new passwords for them except for stompzilla. The download link does not work all I get is "error 404: File not found The document you requested is not found." her is the link to the download from the site.

How can I get another download?
