How come I get same messages over and over from
   the forum to  my e-mail????? that I have read

That's probably because you've clicked "Notify" at the top of one of the message boards and now you're getting a million messages. Just unclick it via your profile and you'll be good to go!

chad just uncheck notify in your profile you won`t get any more  O0
