Don't ask where I found this because I honestly don't remember but I came across this in my recipe collection the other day and its quite good-its called the Homer Burger in honor of Homer Simpson :)

2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup seasoned stuffing
1 egg, beaten
1 can (4 oz) chopped mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
Cooked strips of bacon
Cheese

PREPARATION:

In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, stuffing, egg, mushrooms, broth, green onion and lemon juice; set aside. In a separate bowl combine ground beef with salt; form into 16 patties

Top 8 patties with 1/4 cup of stuffing mixture then cover with remaining patties. Pinch edges to seal stuffing in. Place on a greased grill or grill container and grill over medium coals for about 10 to 12 minutes per side.

Put your favorite toppings on your hamburger bun with the bacon and cheese.

Serve hot with a side of hot fresh fries and ice cold beer.
