Just thought I'd alert you to a problem I am having with the new automated password (authorization code) program.

I have written to badgehelp for assistance and will post their response/fix to the problem.  I am only alerting via this board in case others are having the same problem.

Here it is:

I tried to get authorization codes for two programs:  Deuces Wild and Wordmaster.  In both cases I have entered my registration code and received an automatic authorization code.  Unfortunately, the authorization code does not work.  The message I get is: "The Serial Number you are trying to enter does not match the registration code encrypted for this machine.  If you are certain that you entered..................................."

I am POSITIVE I entered the correct codes.  In fact, I actually did a cut and paste both times to ensure proper input.

As soon as I have a response from Oscar and team I will post it in case there are others out there with the same problem.

Great Forum!!!!

Yes I had that problem also.....I email them for help and he asked me to use the other programs I have while they find a fix for people that made an error in their registration numbers....I cut and paste also so I'm sure it wasn't my error!   :-[  :-[
